Purchase Currency
All prices on our website reflect USD currency and order payments are processed in US dollars. If you order from outside of the US, the amount shown on our order receipt might differ from the amount shown on your credit card statement due to currency exchange rates..
Order Changes
Orders that have not yet shipped can be altered with a reprint fee of $20.00 per document but may delay your order ship date.
Cancellations
All items are custom made and have limited cancellation options. Orders that have been paid but not shipped may be canceled but are subject to a $40.00 production fee. Orders with PDF Proofs that have already been emailed are subject to a $40.00 production fee and $20 PDF fee. Once the order has shipped, it can not be canceled.
Accurate Information
The success of your order depends on the information you provide us. Please verify all spelling and make sure the information provided is 100% correct before submitting the order. You must provide valid contact information, including: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email address in order for us to complete your order on time. We ship out completed orders the next business day, if we are unable to reach you to correct errors during this time your order will ship "as is". Please make sure you have added the "nextdaydiplomas.com" domain to your safe list to ensure our emails are not received as spam or blocked as junk mail..
Order Times
All turn around times are based on business days. Monday through Friday and exclude all national and federal holidays. Order turnaround time starts when you complete your order and all information has been verified. Our policy is to ship all orders by the next business day. Please note that if your order has errors , your order status will be changed to "On Hold " and your turnaround time will be reset until we are able to contact you and make the needed corrections. All orders submitted before Midnight Pacific Standard Time and approved without errors will qualify for Next Day turnaround and will ship the following business day. EXAMPLE 1: If an order is submitted, approved, and sent to production on a Monday before Midnight PST, the order would be completed by the following business day and would ship out on Tuesday of that same week. EXAMPLE 2: If a "same day" order is requested on a Monday before 12pm PST, the order would ship that same Monday by 5pm PST.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. No refund will be issued after the order has been printed. Errors on Our Part: You have 5 days from the time you receive your document(s) to verify their content and notify us of an error in content or spelling which was caused by an oversight on behalf of Next Day Diplomas. We will immediately replace and ship the corrected document to you at no cost. Errors on Your Part: You have 5 days from the time you receive your document(s) to verify their content and notify us of any errors. We will correct your mistakes and re-ship the document(s) to you for a repair and reprint fee of $20.00 plus applicable shipping fees. How to Start a Correction Request: All requests for corrections must be made in writing via email to our support department. You must include: Order Number, First and Last Name and Corrections Requested. Important: Any corrections requested after 60 days will require a complete re-order of the product as the original files will have been discarded. We do not provide reprints, repairs or refunds on documents solely because they should have been more "realistic". Please research your purchase before hand to ensure you receive novelty documents that satisfy your needs. All sales are final.
Shipping
Each order ships via USPS with tracking so that it maybe tracked along the way and guarantee delivery. Some orders may ship with a different shipping provider such as FedEx. The package will be discreet and Next Day Diplomas will not appear on the shipment. Once a package has shipped, Next Day Diplomas will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays such as weather, failure of FedEx to find the delivery location or inability for someone to sign for the package. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped. Any claims related to shipping loss must be sent directly to the shipping provider. FedEx does not deliver to P.0. Boxes. If you select a P.0. Box it will be shipped using an alternative shipping carrier such as USPS. Packages delivered with signature required must be signed for at time of delivery.
Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Next Day Diplomas, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Purchaser’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Purchaser, or other user of the Service using Purchaser’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Restrictions
We respect the intellectual property of others and therefore do not reproduce material under copyright or trademark. Our novelty replications will mimic the original design but contain some changes to satisfy any copyright restrictions.
We do not reproduce actual signatures of officials but do offer our documents with realistic names and signatures or blank for you to fill in later.
We take homeland security serious and do not produce Diplomas or Transcripts for customers in certain locations such as Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, South Yemen, the Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.
