Yes. Our checkout page uses secure encryption and all information is stored with the latest in secure technology. Any payment related information such as credit card numbers are encrypted and purged from our system on a regular basis for added protection and privacy.

Which Diploma Should I Order?
First decide if you need a College Diploma, High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
Our fake College Diplomas are offered in two versions: "Authentic" and "Custom".
Authentic College Diplomas are designed to be more realistic with more detail in the wording and seals - thus our most realistic fake Diploma option.
The Custom College Diplomas come in several designs which are based on various types of schools and universities. Great care has been taken to ensure that they will produce a very realistic fake Diploma for any school not on our Authentic fake Diploma list.
Our High School fake Diplomas are based on actual High School Diplomas from around the United States. They provide for a very realistic Diploma and can accommodate any high school.
The High School Equivalency fake Diploma design was developed after researching several Diplomas issued by various educational institutions and provides excellent quality and realism.

What type of Diploma Paper is Used?
We offer two types of Diploma Paper, Natural and Grey. This is the same high quality Diploma paper used by most schools. We suggest the Natural paper for most Diplomas.

How is the Quality of your Transcripts?
Our College Transcripts and High School Transcripts are based on our custom transcript designs and look excellent.
All Transcripts are printed on the same type of security paper used by schools and offer high tech security features such as security warning border, hidden messages, hidden watermark, coin activated security back print and distinctive blue background. Our Red security paper is similar but without the outside border.
Transcripts will ship flat in our normal packaging. We do not offer envelopes.

How Quick can I get my Order?
All of our Diplomas and Transcripts will be ready the next business day after your order arrives. This fast Next Day service is included at no additional charge and includes Free FedEx Ground shipping to anywhere in the United States.
We also offer our "same day" service. If you order with the "same day" option on a normal business day before 12pm PST we will produce and ship your order that same day. Now that is fast!
You may wish to combine our normal "Next Day" service or optional "Same Day" service with our expedited shipping options such as FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2Day to receive your order even faster.
International customers may select Priority International shipping for the fastest service possible to locations outside of the United States.

What are my Payment Options?
You may pay by Credit Card. Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept Money Orders or Checks.

How will Credit Card Charges Appear on my Statement?
Your credit card statement will show a charge description similar to "NDD/DPRESS". Next Day Diplomas will not appear on your statement.

What will Appear as the Return Address on the Shipping Label?
Your item will ship discreetly with the return address on the shipping label showing something similar to Digital Color and/or DC&G / NDD.

What if I want to Change my Order?
If your order has not been started you may make changes to the order at no cost. If the order has begun production but not yet shipped you may make changes and/or corrections to your order for a $20.00 per document. If the item has shipped changes can be made for a $20.00 correction fee plus any applicable shipping charges.
Note: Complex changes or changing to a completely different item may require an additional fee or require new order.

What if I need to Cancel my Order?
Completed and shipped items can not be canceled. However, if your order has not been paid, you may cancel it at any time. Once your order has been paid and production has started you may cancel the order minus a $40 production fee.

Can I get a Diploma for "Life Experience"?
There are some companies that would like you to believe that you can obtain a real Diploma for your "life experience" but this is simply not the case. Don't be taken advantage of by online scams.

Do you Offer Verification Service?
Sorry, we do not verify our novelty fake diplomas or offer any type of verification service. You should avoid any company that offers to verify your diploma. There are some companies that claim to offer verification of a fake diploma but this will not produce realistic results and is a waste of time and money.
